Wood
stork no longer endangered, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
says
The good-
I am pleased to hear that the beautiful Black & White Wood stork has made it
back from almost extinction to a number that our Fish & Wildlife service
feels can now go onto the threatened classification.
The bad-
Changing the birds’ classification from endangered to threatened does just what
the name change means, Threatened.
The ugly-
Hunters 'to me' a non human species, are still out killing for sport and/or for
sale all endangered species.
