The privileged class‏

From a friend in California to all of my friends on my blogs from me!

I don’t normally send this stuff on but this is really important that we do something about it!!!!!!!!!

Asking me to overlook a minor Safety infraction is asking me to compromise my belief in the values of your life.

Must feel good to be in a privileged class.

28th Amendment, 35 States and Counting

It will take you less than a minute to read this.

If you agree, please pass it on.

It's an idea whose time has come to deal with this self serving situation:

Children of Congress members do not have to pay back their college student loans.

Staffers of Congress family members are also exempt from having to pay back student loans.

Members of Congress can retire at full pay after only one term.

Members of Congress have exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed, under which ordinary citizens must live.

For example, they are exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment.

And as the latest example, they have exempted themselves from

Healthcare Reform, in all of its aspects.

We must not tolerate an elite class of such people, elected as public servants and then putting themselves above the law.

I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent, or whatever.

The self-serving must stop.

Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon their states.

It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

IF???

Each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days most people in The United States of America will have the message.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or

Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the

citizens of the United States."

You are one of my 20.

Give me a few minutes and you will read this on my blogs and websites

Where did I come from?

The Airedale Terrier is a breed of terrier that originated in Airedale in Yorkshire, England.

It is the "King of Terriers" because it is the largest of the terrier breeds.

A mix of a Black and Tan Terrier

MY MOMMY
and

Otter hound

MY DADDY
The breed has also been called the Waterside Terrier, because it was bred originally to hunt otters in and around the valleys of the River Aire. http://kidd.20m.com/The%20Geomorphology%20of%20the%20River%20Aire%20Valley.htm

which runs through Airedale.

In the United Kingdom this breed has also been used as a police dog.

In the 2nd World War as a messenger between foxholes for the army.

Airedale is a geographic area in Yorkshire, England.

The valley stretches from the river's origin in Malham which is in the Yorkshire Dales, down past Keighley and Bingley, through Leeds and Castleford and on to join the River Ouse at Airmyn.

This valley is of great topographic significance for provides low-altitude passes through the mid Pennines to the west coast.

Harriett had her babies

I am a Grandfather, again.

Sad but true, we could only find one baby.

We have no idea if, or what might have happened to any others?

however, Ishi is doing fine.

We named her Ishi because she is the last of the babies after,

Ishi (c. 1860 – March 25, 1916) was the last member of the Yahi,

a group of the Yana of the U.S. state of California.

Breanna and the Kid

OH, Look how nice big sister Breanna is babysitting her new little sister Ishi,
NOT!
I think it is the other way around, Breanna just cannot stay away from Ishi in her day time home.
Airedales do not like to share and baby sister is driving her bonkers.
I just took Ishi out for her walk about, although lately it is more like a run about?
Breanna is next, there is no way she will ever run away, she cannot wait to get back in to keep tabs on the kid!
It is the only place that we can put Ishi in the day time to be safe from her sister.

Déjà vu as in "Here we go again." manatee status

Yes I know I am repeating myself, get the point?

Possible manatee status change strikes balance for supporters, worries environmentalists

Today’s article in the Daily Commercial newspaper it is plain as the nose on your face as to where Chuck Underwood, a regional spokesman The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service wants to go with this because of the statements made by him in the article, or he hasn’t a clue as to the laws governing his office?

(Officials have heard a “wide variety of presumptions based on what people think could happen” if the status is changed to threatened, said Chuck Underwood, a regional spokesman for the Wildlife Service. “The petitioners think if we reclassify, they get one step closer to removing speed zones. Plain and simple, they’re wrong.”)

Plain and simple Chucky, you are wrong, it could mean the next step is the removal of the speed signs and you know this, or at least should know this.

(On the other side, there are those who “think it’s going to weaken protections,” Underwood said. “You don’t reclassify from endangered to threatened and then immediately take away all the things that contributed to the improvement.”)

In this statement you are half right and you should know this also, no you will not immediately take away all the things the habit from your Fish and Wildlife Service has been one step at a time.

Boating organizations, private property owners and the Pacific Legal Foundation want fun at all cost and can pay well to get it.

Once again for information that seems to be missing in and around the office of Chuck Underwood, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

According to federal law, endangered status means the species is “in danger of extinction throughout all or a significant portion of its range.”Threatened is defined as “likely to become an endangered species within the foreseeable future throughout all or a significant portion of its range.”

So, why would the government change the classification to threatened, if a return to endangered status would be expected?
